A materials list of switches, circuit breakers and relays is drafted in line with client projects, estimation summaries and technical specifications and a general switchboard outline is drawn (Schneider, EAE, Sinerjipano or local switchboards) for a fast and accurate offer. Related tenders are tracked in order to be able to receive the order. When the contract is concluded, the arrangement, planning, procurement and management of project resources start and continue until the delivery of the project content to the construction site, at the requested time and in accordance with customers’ purposes and objectives. Departments of “Manufacturing and Planning”, “Proposal and Project Management” and “Project Design” hold technical meetings to ensure precise and consistent operation of these processes. Lists for required materials are prepared and submitted for the approval of the customer, who will then confirm the detailed switchboard drawings designed by the Project Design department. Following this confirmation, lists of  materials are forwarded to the Purchasing department and technical drawings are forwarded to the Manufacturing and Planning department. Customers are kept informed about the delivery schedule. Switchboard routine verification-testing before delivery is attended together with the customer and related test reports are written and registered. After the switchboard delivery with respect to the contract is made, a detailed analysis of the delivered switchboards is presented for invoicing and project completion. These activities are supported by the regular follow-up of technical and commercial agenda and an effective communication is ensured through regular visits to customers and construction sites.

The technical drawings of project-specific Schneider, EAE, Sinerjipano and local switchboards are designed in order to get the approval of the customer prior to production. Panel assembly, cabling connections and installation are carried out in a quicker and much more functional and reliable way thanks to drawing solutions figured out by the Project Design department. When a project is approved, related cable numbers, label and terminal plans are shared with the related department for labeling. The updated lists (and archive numbers)  for panel production, project approval status and switchboard specifications are prepared and digital project data records are regularly archived following the project completion, for use as reference in the future projects.

All production and planning activities are meticulously carried out by taking the rich variety of project characteristics and size into account. Coordination meetings together with the Proposal and Project Management and Project Design departments for reviewing technical details,  working out solutions, etc. start at the very beginning of   customer interviews, even before the order is received. When the customer places the order, an initial project meeting is held so as to set the production task schedule. The inventory management is informed about required panelboards, switches and consumable materials, listed according to the materials list approved by the customer. Switchboard design, switchboard configuration, copper cutting and copper bending tasks are accomplished accordingly. “Never Lose Contact with the Customer” is our basic motto. Thus all revision requests expressed during the design or production stage of a project are quickly taken into account in multiple technical meetings and necessary production revisions are made. Finished products are transferred to the End-product Quality Control department for the required quality control checks.

End-product Quality Control
Multistage quality control tests are carried out before packaging the end switchboards manufactured according to the specific project. First, a visual mechanical control of the panel is made to ensure that the end product is in accordance with the approved project of the customer. Then, the product is checked against the materials list. The Quality Control Department reviews the validity of any applied revision with the Manufacturing and Planning Department. The compliance with the standards of IEC and the manufacturer (Schneider Blokset, Schneider Prisma, EAE, etc.), is checked. All cuts, busbar bends, any damages, torque characteristics and signs are checked. Electrical Isolation and Dielectric Breakdown tests are carried out after overall inspection of the device, the wiring and the labels. Following the successful completion of these functional tests, the switchboard is finally ready for the customer acceptance testing. The customer signs and approves the quality control check list, after witnessing the test at Sinerji Elektrik. Then the product is transferred to the Logistics Department for appropriate packaging and transportation  in compliance with customer requirements.

This department manages internal and external communication procedures in conformity with corporate image, policies and objectives. Trainings, seminars, workshops etc. specific to each department are initiated and observed. The company is represented and promoted both in local and international platforms.  Customer/employee satisfaction is continuously surveyed and several tasks are undertaken to increase customer/employee satisfaction. Social responsibility/sponsorship projects are put into action. ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System rules and procedures are duly completed. The web site and social media accounts of the company are regularly updated according to corporate dynamics. Printed/digital visuals are designed and managed. Motivational activities and sharing workshops are organized.
 
Finance and Administration
This department carries out all procedures regarding the follow up and update of labour law, regulations and communiques, interaction with official authorities, exportation process monitoring, e-invoice procedures, income and expenditure tables, current, monthly, annual financial statements, organization of corporate tax return documents, communication of bank credit letters specific to customer projects, managing outsourced support teams for updating and monitoring information technology, vehicle fleet procedures, fixtures purchasing, personnel interviews and recruitment, personnel documents, leave, Social Security, health and safety at work trainings, panel transportation and related transport insurance and bill planning, personnel vehicle arrangements.

Purchasing
The purchasing of materials and services needed for company operations is planned and communicated with committed suppliers while respecting at the same time fair competition policies of the company. The evaluation of the offer pool is made according to quality, delivery time, cost gradings. The order forms for any product/service are drafted and the succeeding operations for the purchasing, the delivery, the transfer to the related department, the invoicing, the registration of the product/service are carried out, following the approval of the senior department.
 
Logistics and Inventory Management

The necessary materials list is first determined by the Proposal and Project Management. A separate warehouse for each project is then allocated at the Logistics and Inventory Management department. The stock inventory is checked over accordingly and materials that are ready in stock are transferred to the related project warehouse. The Purchasing department is instantly informed about missing items. The departments of Manufacturing and Planning and Logistics and Inventory Management manage the project warehouse in accordance with the specific job order for each switchboard. For any revision or shortage arisen during the production stage, the same procedure is applied. Each ordered item coming to the warehouse is visually checked in the goods acceptance zone and counted according to the freight bill. In case of non conformity to the freight bill or required packaging, products are returned and the supplier is notified. Schneider Prisma enclosures join the general inventory independently from any project and are transferred to the production unit on a project specific basis. Physical checks of computer registered amounts are made by periodic stock counting. When acceptance tests are completed and signed, switchboards are transferred to the delivery zone for appropriate packaging before transportation. They are loaded to vehicles suitable for the project and transported to the address of the customer.

Then, the product is checked against the materials list. The Quality Control Department reviews the validity of any applied revision with the Manufacturing and Planning Department. Following the successful completion of these functional tests, the switchboard is finally ready for the customer acceptance testing. The customer signs and approves the quality control check list, after witnessing the test at Sinerji Elektrik. Then the product is transferred to the Logistics Department for appropriate packaging and transportation  in compliance with customer requirements.

The order forms for any product/service are drafted and the succeeding operations for the purchasing, the delivery, the transfer to the related department, the invoicing, the registration of the product/service are carried out, following the approval of the senior department.

The necessary materials list is first determined by the Proposal and Project Management. A separate warehouse for each project is then allocated at the Logistics and Inventory Management department. The stock inventory is checked over accordingly and materials that are ready in stock are transferred to the related project warehouse. The Purchasing department is instantly informed about missing items. The departments of Manufacturing and Planning and Logistics and Inventory Management manage the project warehouse in accordance with the specific job order for each switchboard. For any revision or shortage arisen during the production stage, the same procedure is applied. Each ordered item coming to the warehouse is visually checked in the goods acceptance zone and counted according to the freight bill. In case of non conformity to the freight bill or required packaging, products are returned and the supplier is notified. Schneider Prisma enclosures join the general inventory independently from any project and are transferred to the production unit on a project specific basis. Physical checks of computer registered amounts are made by periodic stock counting. When acceptance tests are completed and signed, switchboards are transferred to the delivery zone for appropriate packaging before transportation. They are loaded to vehicles suitable for the project and transported to the address of the customer.
